From Agap2 , we are currently looking for an IT Manager to join a fast-growing subsidiary of a leading global automotive manufacturer based in Spain. The company is experiencing strong expansion and is building a solid IT foundation to support its ambitious growth plans for 2025.

About the Role :

You’ll become the third member of the IT team , playing a key role in supporting business areas such as Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal. Your goal will be to ensure smooth system operations, effective integrations, and reliable IT support across the organization.

Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand needs and deliver the right IT solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end IT projects — from requirement gathering to implementation and support.
  • Manage integrations between core systems (ERP, CRM, DMS) and ensure smooth data flow via APIs.
  • Provide hands‑on support to end users and handle IT incidents efficiently.
  • Manage access, user permissions, and overall system administration.
  • Contribute to IT strategy and identify opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports (ideally in Power BI).
Requirements :
  • 4+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to business systems or IT operations.
  • Proven track record managing IT projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Experience working with API integrations between enterprise systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Background in the automotive industry (OEM, dealership, or supplier) is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
