What you do

• Program Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee program delivery in international contexts, involving hubs, offshore locations, and multicultural teams.
  • Monitor progress to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Strategic Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with leaders, product teams, vendors, and stakeholders across Allianz Operating Entities (OEs) to ensure effective program execution.
  • Foster communication and alignment among cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery.
• Strategic Planning and Performance Enhancement:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance performance and achieve objectives.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Program Portfolio Management:
  • Contribute to managing program portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate and track program initiatives, fostering a structured and cohesive approach to delivery.
• Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and ensure alignment with agile methodologies to enhance program delivery.
  • Proactively analyze ambiguous problems, surface risks, recommend solutions, and manage escalations.
• Performance Monitoring and Metrics:
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, quality, capacity, and business continuity.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools (e.g., generative AI) to enhance program delivery and decision-making.
