This position offers a contract-based engagement with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction and operational excellence.

Formación

• 5-7+ years in IT project/program management or customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience managing project teams and customer relationships.
• Experience with WMS implementation projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all program and project resources within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for the customer.
• Oversee the end-to-end release management process.
