Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive optimisation and accessibility within digital products. You will work in an international team, plan kick-offs, and oversee initiatives from discovery to delivery. Strong English, proactive mindset and stakeholder management are essential.

You will contribute across multiple areas, shaping epics, user stories, and backlog priorities while leveraging Jira/Confluence in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Owner, BA, PM or similar role.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle.
• Backlog management, roadmap, prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Agile/Scrum experience; Jira and Confluence used daily.
• Digital products, CX, experimentation, CRO or performance improvement.
• Accessibility knowledge and WCAG is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in international environments with strong English.
• Proactive ownership-driven approach and clear arguments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Provide transversal PO/BA support across areas.

Responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Solid experience managing products through their full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management, roadmap definition, prioritisation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in digital products, customer experience, experimentation, CRO or performance improvement.
• Knowledge of digital accessibility principles and WCAG is a strong plus.
• Ability to work in an international environment with a high level of English.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach and the confidence to challenge assumptions with clear arguments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with business, technology, UX and delivery teams.
• Provide transversal Product Owner and Business Analyst support across several areas during the initial phase.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, structure problems and turn them into clear product initiatives.
• Define and prioritise epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, UX and operations.
• Track dependencies, risks, open topics and delivery progress.
• Support project kick-offs and follow initiatives through to completion.
• Define product goals, roadmap priorities and success indicators.
• Use customer feedback, product data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the evolution of digital experiences, with a particular focus on optimisation and accessibility.
• Help define accessibility requirements and support teams in applying inclusive design principles.
• Take progressive ownership of the Optimisation and Accessibility vertical, depending on the project’s priorities.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, backlog refinement and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams.
