Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO to coordinate and monitor multiple IT initiatives across Spain, ensuring governance and portfolio visibility. You will produce executive dashboards, collect KPI data, and act as the liaison between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

With 3–5 years in PMO roles, you will manage cross-functional activities, support budget tracking and drive governance processes, while communicating fluently in Spanish and English.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience as PMO or Project Management Support in IT environments.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong experience supporting governance activities, steering committees and status reviews.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, change registers and action trackers.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project reviews.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings with follow-up on actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

At ASTEK Iberia , We are supporting a leading company in the utilities sector that is running multiple IT initiatives across its Spanish operations.

To strengthen project governance and portfolio visibility, we are looking for an experienced IT PMO who can support the coordination, reporting and monitoring of several projects running in parallel.

This is a broad, cross-functional role covering different technology domains, including areas such as ticketing solutions, security software and other business-critical IT initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor progress across multiple IT projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify and elevate risks, delays and dependencies affecting project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Produce executive status reports, dashboards and KPI tracking for senior stakeholders.
• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

Who are you?

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Management Support professional within IT environments.
• Proven experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously within a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong experience supporting governance activities, steering committees and status review processes.
• Good understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in multinational or multi-country organisations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations or service management projects.
