Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT integration initiatives across ERP, OMS, and WMS platforms in an international setting.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies while coordinating vendors and internal teams to deliver complex projects. Strong PMI standards knowledge and multicultural collaboration are essential.

Formación

• 5-7 years of senior project management experience, preferably in IT integration projects.
• Experience with project portfolio management and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards.
• Experience in project monitoring and project planning.
• Proven ability to manage complex global projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems.
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners; ensure accountability and delivery standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear reporting.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans for cross-system impacts.

Job Description:

Join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects within a dynamic and international environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple enterprise platforms and ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems.

Your Missions:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting
• Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans

Your Profile:

• Senior-level experience (5-7years) in project management, preferably in IT integration projects
• Experience with project portfolio management and Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards
• Experience in project monitoring and project planning
• Proven ability to manage complex global projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and technology partners
• Exceptional communication skills: Be specific, assertive, and organize your thoughts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
