Bosch is launching a brand-new Lark-based enterprise collaboration platform. We seek a Junior IT Operations Engineer to design, plan, and deploy a global service from scratch, joining a greenfield project within the Lark team.

You will learn project planning, monitor health, troubleshoot incidents, manage access, and explore automation with scripting, all while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• A recent Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Strong interest in cloud technology, SaaS administration, and how global collaboration systems work under the hood.
• Basic understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles, troubleshooting, or monitoring tools.

Responsabilités

• From Scratch to Global Launch: participate in project planning and rollout of Lark as a global service.
• Explore Platform Health: monitor stability and performance, analyze system alerts to prevent disruptions.
• Master Technical Troubleshooting: engage in incident management and collaborate with IT units to resolve issues.
• Administer & Automate: support account management, access controls, and documentation, with opportunities to automate tasks via scripting.
• Collaborate Globally: work with international IT teams and platform owners to align technical practices with a global strategy.

As a Junior IT Operations Engineer within our Lark team, you will be joining a brand-new, greenfield project from day one. We are launching and deploying Lark as our new enterprise collaboration suite. This isn't about maintaining a legacy system; it’s about designing, planning, and launching a global platform from the ground up. You will get the best of both worlds: hands-on project planning and active technical operations.

What You Will Learn & Do with Us

From Scratch to Global Launch: You will participate in the actual project planning and rollout phase of Lark. You will learn how to turn a strategic digital plan into a live, highly available global service.

Explore Platform Health: You will learn how to monitor the stability and performance of the platform. With our team's guidance, you’ll analyze system alerts to help us prevent service disruptions and keep our digital workplace running smoothly.

Master Technical Troubleshooting: You will dive into incident management, helping us solve software issues, configuration errors, and platform challenges. You will collaborate with local and global IT units, learning how a world-class IT support system operates.

Administer & Automate: You will support daily account management, access controls, and platform configurations while learning to maintain accurate technical documentation. Have a knack for coding? We’ll encourage you to identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting.

Collaborate Globally: You will get immediate exposure to international IT teams and global platform owners, learning how to consult stakeholders and align technical practices with a global digital strategy.
