Job summary

Titan Operating System S.L. (Titan OS) in Barcelona seeks an experienced IT leader to own the company’s IT function, shaping strategy, roadmap and budget. You will lead two engineers across regions, manage SSO/IdP, MDM, EDR, RMM, and govern SaaS tools, while ensuring ISO 27001 alignment.

You will collaborate with business leaders to deliver secure, scalable technology and guide cross‑functional teams through complex IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years leading an IT team or function.
• Experience owning IT strategy, roadmap and budget in a company of 150+ employees.
• Hands-on: able to configure, troubleshoot and fix systems, not only manage others.
• Develop integrations using APIs and scripting.
• Strong IAM knowledge (SSO/IdP, Okta).
• Experience with mixed device fleets across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with EDR and RMM tools.
• Experience with network/Wi‑Fi infrastructure, VPN and firewalls (Palo Alto, Aruba).
• Experience running Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian in a SaaS-first company.
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001 and turning its requirements into IT controls.
• Clear communicator supporting non-technical teams and senior leaders.

• Drive IT initiatives cross-departments with Finance, Legal, HR, Security and Eng.
• Build and maintain ISO 27001-aligned IT infrastructure and support audits.
• Oversee internal helpdesk for employees and external collaborators.

Role overview

Overall responsibility for the IT function at TitanOS, covering IT strategy, roadmap, budget, team leadership, infrastructure, security and day-to-day operations across 200+ employees and two regions. You will work closely with the CTO and business leadership to shape the company’s IT direction and translate business needs into secure, scalable and effective technology solutions, while staying close enough to the technical environment to make informed decisions and provide the right level of technical direction.

You will lead a team of two IT Engineers across two regions, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and effective collaboration, while managing key technology vendors and SaaS providers. You will also drive the development and continuous improvement of TitanOS’s IT infrastructure, security and operational processes, ensuring they are reliable, scalable and aligned with ISO 27001 requirements.

• Manage SaaS governance across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian and other tools.
• Own the employee IT lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access and device management.
• Lead IT initiatives across departments with Finance, Legal, HR, Security and Engineering.
• Set IT policies, security controls and documentation standards.
• Build and maintain IT infrastructure aligned with ISO 27001 requirements, and support audits.
• Oversee helpdesk operations for internal teams and external collaborators.

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of identity and access management (SSO/IdP Okta).
• Experience managing mixed device fleets with MDM across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with EDR and RMM tools.
• Experience with network and Wi‑Fi infrastructure, including VPN and firewalls (Palo Alto, Aruba or similar).
• Experience running Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian in a SaaS‑first company.
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001 and how to turn its requirements into real IT controls.
• Clear communicator who can work with non‑technical teams and senior leaders.
• Bonus: experience leading teams across regions, supporting external collaborators, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), or taking a company through ISO 27001 certification.
