Arxada seeks an IT Manager for Business Intelligence and Data Platforms to lead the enterprise BI and data-analytics strategy. You will shape governance, roadmap, and execution of scalable data foundations while guiding a team of BI professionals and coordinating outsourcing partners.

The role emphasizes a hands-on, architecture-driven approach to evolve the Microsoft-based analytics stack and ensure trusted SAP data and analytics readiness across the organization.

Formación

• Proven experience leading BI, data, analytics, or data platform functions with people leadership.
• Hands-on architectural knowledge of modern data/analytics platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, SQL, Power BI).
• Experience designing and delivering SAP data integrations and analytics-ready data architectures.
• Strong data governance, security, and enterprise-scale solution delivery understanding.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex transformation roadmaps, budgets, and cross-functional programs in a global environment.

As the IT Manager Business Intelligence and Data Platforms , you will be a vital part of Arxada's digital transformation journey, leading the strategy, governance, and execution of our enterprise-wide business intelligence and data platform capabilities. In this highly visible role, you will drive the evolution of our BI and enterprise data landscape, enabling data-driven decision making, trusted enterprise data foundations, stronger SAP integration, and readiness for future AI and advanced analytics use cases across the organization. Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, you will lead a team of BI professionals, oversee key outsourcing partnerships, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready data solutions. Essential Job Functions

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Intelligence and Data Platforms team, supporting talent growth, engagement, and capability building.
• Own the strategic roadmap and architecture for Arxada's enterprise data and analytics platform, ensuring a scalable, governed, and business-focused data foundation. Lead the evolution of the current Microsoft-based analytics stack while evaluating future data platform capabilities and integration patterns.
• Manage and govern the relationship with external outsourcing partners, ensuring successful delivery through clear service levels, performance metrics, and governance processes.
• Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, data quality, semantic layers, reporting standards, and platform governance.
• Enhance Arxada's SAP data integration capabilities and prepare trusted SAP and enterprise data foundations for analytics, AI, and future platform evolution.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver analytics, reporting, and data solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead modernization initiatives across the BI and data platform landscape, ensuring scalable, secure, governed, and AI-ready data solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators, budgets, roadmaps, and resource plans to ensure reliable platform performance and measurable business impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Data, Analytics, or Data Platform functions, including people leadership and vendor management.
• Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of modern data and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and Power BI. Experience with SAP data integration and familiarity with modern data platform capabilities such as Databricks are advantageous.
• Experience designing and delivering SAP data integrations, enterprise reporting solutions, and analytics-ready data architectures.
• dStrong understanding of data governance, platform architecture, security, and enterprise-scale solution delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex transformation initiatives, roadmaps, budgets, and cross-functional programs in a global environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
