Arxada is seeking a strategic IT Manager BI & Data Platforms to lead a global team and drive the enterprise data landscape. You will govern data foundations, improve SAP integrations, and guide the Microsoft-based analytics stack while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

Ideal candidates bring architecture and hands-on expertise in modern data platforms, data governance, and cross-functional leadership, with fluency in English and experience

Formación

• Proven experience leading BI, data, analytics, or data platform functions.
• Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of modern data platforms.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with SAP data integration and enterprise reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BI and Data Platforms team, managing talent and partnerships.
• Own roadmap and architecture for enterprise data and analytics.
• Evolve Microsoft-based analytics stack and assess new capabilities.
• Govern outsourcing partners with SLAs and governance processes.
• Define data modeling, quality, semantics, and reporting standards.
• Enhance SAP data integration and analytics foundations for AI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions.
• Drive modernization across BI and data platforms with governance.
• Track KPIs, budgets, roadmaps, and resource plans.
