We’re hiring a Junior Project Manager with a technical background in data, especially in migration projects, who’s ready to grow in the IT Insurance sector and work with international teams.

💼 Your Role

• Coordinate technical projects focused on data migration and integration.
• Define goals, timelines, and resources with clients and technical teams.
• Turn requirements into clear, actionable plans.
• Track progress and solve issues proactively.
• Document and communicate project status.
• Support testing and data quality validation.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in IT project management (especially data migration).
• Technical education (Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, etc.).
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, SQL, etc.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• PMP, Agile or similar certifications are a plus.
