ITC Infotech is seeking an Infrastructure Field IT Engineer to provide on-site technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple locations in Spain. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and work with central IT teams to ensure service levels and business continuity.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint security, plus the ability to travel between sites and work independently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT infrastructure or field support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, connectivity, and user access.
• Perform routine checks, patching, and updates on servers and network components.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities including device provisioning and access setup.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assets, incidents, and service requests.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection protocols.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade projects and site rollouts.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams.

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
