Ampstek seeks an experienced IT HR Payroll Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This urgent role requires a veteran SME for Payroll, bridging business processes with IT solutions to ensure smooth payroll operations and system delivery.

You will lead analyses, support IT service processes, and collaborate across IT and payroll stakeholders. Fluent English, ITIL familiarity, and a proven end-to-end delivery track record are essential for immediate engagement.

• 8+ years of experience with HR Payroll applications.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• ITIL knowledge and payroll domain expertise.

Responsabilités

• Perform business analyses to support IT solution decisions, including creating and assisting with Business Blueprints.
• Support installation, management, and optimization of IT Service processes.
• Act as SME in Payroll, contributing technical and business process/data expertise.
• Collaborate with IT to estimate effort for solution development, change requests, and releases.
• Translate business process knowledge into IT solution design and delivery.
• Design test cases, support UAT, and manage reporting.
• Manage integration error handling from an IT perspective.
• Support resolution of major incidents and critical situations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT HR Payroll Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an urgent requirement, and we are prioritizing candidates who can start immediately. In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Payroll, bridging business processes and IT solutions to ensure smooth, reliable payroll operations and system delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform business analyses to support IT solution decisions, including creating and assisting with Business Blueprints
• Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional IT Service processes
• Act as SME in the Payroll domain, contributing technical and business process/data expertise
• Collaborate with the IT team to estimate effort for solution development, change requests, and releases
• Translate business process knowledge into IT solution design and delivery
• Design test cases, support UAT, and manage reporting
• Manage integration error handling from an IT perspective
• Support resolution of major incidents and critical situations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with HR Payroll applications
• Experience with ADP Payroll applications is a plus
• Proven experience with IT Service Management concepts (ITIL)
• Strong organizational, payroll management, decision-making, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery, with independence and discipline
• Collaborative team player with strong customer focus
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of business processes and technologies
