Grifols S.A. is seeking an IT Digital Workplace - Authentication and Collaboration Manager to lead the delivery of workplace, authentication, and collaboration services across a multinational environment.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams, detailed project planning, and strong collaboration with business partners. The ideal candidate has a solid IT leadership background and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar IT leadership role.
• Experience with large user bases and enterprise environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver workplace, authentication, and collaboration services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project scope and budget.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Prepare detailed project plans for all phases and convert requirements into tasks.
• Provide status reports on milestones, dependencies and issues.
• Define and mitigate project risks through proactive resolution.
• Communicate effectively across leadership and business lines.

Mission

The IT Digital Workplace, Authentication and Collaboration Manager role is responsible for leading the execution and day-to-day delivery of workplace, authentication, and collaboration services, ensuring secure, efficient, and high-quality operations while driving continuous improvement and team performance.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will manage / lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects scope and objectives on time and within budget.
• You will interact and build relationships with internal and external experts, technical system owners, business partners, manufacturing teams, etc. at multiple levels.
• You will prepare estimated and detailed project plans for all phases of the projects.
• You will convert requirements into tasks and determine task priorities for individual team members and the project as a whole.
• You will provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, and issues.
• You will define and mitigate overall project risk through conflict and issue resolution with the project teams and stakeholders.
• You will communicate across leadership and business lines.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT Engineering, Engineering or similar. Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position working in a company with a large amount of users.
• Experience or knowledge in the following technologies is desired: System Center Configuration Manager, Intune, McAfee Endpoint Security Products, CrowdStrike Falcon platform (EDR, XDR, and Next-Gen Antivirus), Windows 10, 11 and modern OS environments, Microsoft Bitlocker, Always OnVPN, Quest Privilege Account Management, Active Directory, Micro Focus ALM.
• Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1 Advanced).
• Autonomy, strong analyzing and solving problems skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative and able to work in a multinational environment.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Dynamic, proactive and decisive person.

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model

Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
