Grifols is seeking a Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to strengthen our global information security program. You will support IT compliance, security and privacy, maintain the ISMS and promote a cybersecurity culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity, at least five years of cybersecurity experience, advanced English and Spanish, and related certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP).

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO27k, ENS, SOX, Cyber Essentials).
  • Cybersecurity certifications (CISA, ISO27k Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are highly valued.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the IT Organization on matters related to IT compliance, security, cybersecurity and privacy.
  • Support the development and implementation of global standards related to IT compliance and security.
  • Monitoring and modulation of cyberawareness campaigns across Grifols worldwide.
  • Promote a cybersecurity culture across the entire company.
  • Maintain and develop the ISMS (Information Security Management System).
  • Manage Information Security Office Dashboard.
  • Generate documentation and reports for senior management.
  • Monitor KRIs and KPIs for the Information Security Office.
  • Oversee managed services.
  • Develop and update security policies and procedures.
  • Support Grifols IT certification initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other cybersecurity areas to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Train employees in security practices and cybersecurity awareness.

What your responsibilities will be

Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills (spoken and written)

Flexibility for U Program: Hybrid Model
Flexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
