We’re looking for a

IT Delivery Manager

to oversee a portfolio of technology projects, driving impactful digital transformation across functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, and Sustainability.

What you’ll do day-to-day :

Lead the delivery of a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery within governance frameworks.

Oversee project managers, partners, and suppliers — driving coordination across internal and external teams.

Manage end-to‑end delivery : scoping, solution design, integration, testing, implementation, and service transition.

Ensure compliance with cyber standards, IT security, and data protection (DPIA).

Manage project finances, contracts, and Statements of Work.

Report progress, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with business leads to align IT delivery with business transformation goals.

  • Strong background in delivering IT solutions in HR, Finance, Procurement, or Sustainability (e.g. SAP, Workday).
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational, financial, and vendor management skills.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
