A global technology firm in Madrid is seeking an experienced IT Competency & Development Expert to shape and execute the IT People Strategy. You will collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to enhance skills, competencies, and culture within the organization. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in HR or Learning & Development, strong project management skills, and excels in communication and analytics.
As an IT Competency & Development Expert, you play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the IT People Strategy. Leveraging your hands‑on expertise in HR, Learning & Development, and organizational transformation, you support the IT organization in building future‑ready capabilities. You report to Global IT Organizational Development Manager and collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance skills, competencies, and culture across the global IT function.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure cohesive execution of the IT People Strategy.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
