A global energy solutions company seeks an IT Competency & Development Expert to enhance capabilities and support the execution of the IT People Strategy. Responsibilities include partnering with management, managing training vendors, and leveraging HR expertise. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in related fields and strong analytical skills.
As an IT Competency & Development Expert, you play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the IT People Strategy. Leveraging your hands‑on expertise in HR, Learning & Development, and organizational transformation, you support the IT organization in building future‑ready capabilities. You report to Global IT Organizational Development Manager and collaborate closely with HR and IT stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance skills, competencies, and culture across the global IT function.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure cohesive execution of the IT People Strategy.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
