Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily operation, optimization, and maintenance of key business systems in the EU region, including IDMS, SAP, CMS, FSSC, Lark OA, MES, LES, etc.
  • Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements from end-users across multiple business lines, coordinating with HQ IT teams for system implementation, configuration, and development.
  • Ensure smooth system performance and data flow across platforms, proactively troubleshoot issues, and guarantee system stability and uptime.
  • Support system integration between European subsidiaries and HQ, ensuring data consistency and alignment with standards.
  • Provide user training, prepare technical documentation, and continuously improve system usability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to optimize digital workflows and business automation.
  • Ensure all system operations comply with internal IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related majors.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in business system operation, implementation, or support within multinational or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in SAP (especially logistics, finance, and manufacturing modules), IDMS, MES, LES, OA, and related business systems.
  • Understanding of full business process flows, including production, logistics, finance (AP / AR), and order‑to‑delivery (OTD) processes.
  • Experience in system deployment, configuration, and cross‑platform data integration projects.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Chinese language is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
