The candidate will serve as a key communication link between IT and business units, identify technology opportunities, and support change management processes. Responsibilities

• Understand the objectives, strategies, and priorities of the represented business unit.
• Identify opportunities where technology can add value and improve business results.
• Act as the main point of contact between IT and business areas, facilitating bidirectional communication.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify technology requirements and prioritize them by strategic impact.
• Assist in functional design, aligning with company technologies and defining the best functional architecture to cover needs.
• Participate in planning and tracking of technology initiatives, ensuring functional scope aligns with requirements.
• Support change management, designing training and communication strategies for smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• High level of English.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, translating complex technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.
• Strategic vision, understanding business goals and proposing supporting technology solutions.
• Problem solving, identifying challenges and proposing effective technology solutions.
• Project management experience, planning, execution, and tracking of technology projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of technologies, tools, systems, and market trends.
• Adaptability, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
