Key Responsibilities
IT Support
  • IT maintenance for the office, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and coordinating with external IT providers when needed.
  • Provide technical support during the setup and execution of exams.
  • Assist with technical issues during webinars and meetings.
  • Guarantee smooth operation of exams across different time zones.
Administrative Support
  • Manage data and coordinate case material used in the exams.
  • Assist in the management and uploading of educational resources and materials.
Process Improvement
  • Automate processes where possible.
  • Document procedures and create project-specific sites for standardised operations.
Qualifications
  • Technical degree or Vocational Training (Formación Profesional) in Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of two years of experience.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
  • Flexibility to travel and adjust working hours when necessary.
  • Good command of English.
  • Basic knowledge of programming and database management.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
