Job summary

Worldsensing is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to shape and scale our Loadsensing platform across hardware, software, and cloud components. You will own testing processes, define test strategies, and ensure the highest quality for our IoT monitoring solutions.

You will work with a Scrum team, develop automated tests, drive CI/CD quality, and lead QA activities to enhance user experience and reliability across the product.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Experience with Exploratory Testing, Automated Testing, TDD and other testing approaches.
• Must have experience with software QA tools and processes.
• Understanding of Scrum/Agile frameworks.
• BDD experience is nice to have.
• Passionate about IoT and technical challenges.
• Desirable web security knowledge.
• Experience with Python or JavaScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test current products, identify deficiencies, and mitigate risks.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
• Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction.
• Become a subject matter expert on assigned projects and understand how solutions work at base level.
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure consistent project execution.
• Develop automated tests, scripts, and CI/CD tooling.
• Identify QA process bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Define and manage test cases/test runs and validate them.
• Meet with team members to review goals and provide feedback.
