Amaris Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst – Connectivity & IoT to join an international team. You will collect and document requirements, act as a liaison between business and development teams, and help shape IoT connectivity solutions aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in a BA role, strong IoT knowledge, and fluent English. Based in or able to work from Barcelona with agile project exposure and a supportive training environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years as a Business Analyst or functional consultant in connectivity, IoT, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of IoT architecture concepts and connectivity protocols.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to bridge technical and business teams, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in or able to work from Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from business stakeholders in the connectivity domain.
• Act as the liaison between business units and technical/development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the definition and monitoring of IoT and connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Create and maintain functional documentation including user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support project management activities: planning, follow-up on deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the testing and validation phases, ensuring solutions meet defined requirements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions within the connectivity ecosystem.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
