Amaris Consulting seeks a Business Analyst focused on Connectivity & IoT to collect and translate requirements, document workflows, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical teams. You'll act as the bridge across stakeholders and development squads in a dynamic, global consulting environment.

Based in or able to work from Barcelona, you will leverage Agile methods, collaborate across projects, and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives our clients pursue in the

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of BA or functional consultant experience in connectivity/IoT/digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of IoT architecture concepts and connectivity protocols (MQTT, REST APIs).
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to translate complex requirements for business and tech teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Based in or able to work from Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders in the connectivity domain.
• Act as liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define and monitor IoT/connectivity solutions aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain functional docs: user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria.
• Support project management: planning, follow-up on deliverables, reporting to stakeholders.
• Contribute to testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
