Apex Group is seeking an Analyst in Risk and Compliance to support daily operations for UCITS/AIF funds based in Valencia. You will monitor compliance, investigate breaches, and contribute to risk-management processes.

Requirements include a finance/economics/accounting background, English proficiency, and experience with investment compliance and related tools. The role involves collaboration with fund managers, administrators, and auditors.

Competenze

Academic background in Finance/Economics/Accounting or other numerical discipline.
Experience with investment compliance monitoring, related systems/tools and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, analytical and critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mind-set, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Mansioni

Monitor investment compliance restrictions for UCITS/AIF under management.
Investigate and classify breaches and communicate exception status (including CSSF reporting).
Contribute to policies and procedures for investment compliance monitoring and risk management.
Identify and monitor the risk profile of UCITS/AIF under management.
Support process enhancements and system developments in compliance.
Maintain communication with fund stakeholders (managers, administrators, auditors).
Assist with ad-hoc queries, new products, funds or strategies for clients.
Assist with regulatory reporting and provide feedback to colleagues and management.
