A financial advisory firm is looking for an Investing Adviser to collaborate with startup clients raising funds from Pre-Seed to Series A stages. This remote part-time role involves working with the Board of Directors to develop investment strategies and providing strategic guidance. Candidates should have experience in investment advising and a strong understanding of fundraising processes.

Formación

• Experience as an investment adviser or similar role in early-stage startups or venture capital.
• Strong understanding of fundraising stages, term sheets, and due diligence.
• Ability to work remotely part-time and communicate with executive leadership.
