Lear Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Engineer to lead inventory control, logistics coordination, ERP process ownership, and performance analysis to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and external logistics partners to optimize inventory accuracy and warehouse performance through data-driven insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory management activities and ensure inventory performance aligns with company objectives.
• Monitor and improve inventory accuracy across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.
• Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Act as the primary interface between the plant and the third-party logistics (3PL) provider.
• Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the key user and owner of logistics processes within the QAD ERP system.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate transaction processing across all logistics activities.
• Develop and analyze reports on inventory, logistics costs, warehouse performance, sales, and production indicators.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement actions to improve operational performance and service levels.
• Lead projects focused on inventory optimization, process standardization, automation, and cost reduction.
