Philips is offering an Internship: Solutions Project Manager to support server software incidents in Philips and customer environments. You will consult customers on IT topics, perform Excel/data analytics, and collaborate with scanner engineers to connect high-resolution tissue scanners to IT backends.

Fluent Spanish and good English are required; Italian and/or French could be a plus. Office-based role with on-site presence and a collaborative project team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work with incidents of the server software solutions for Philips and Customer environments.
• Consult customers on technical IT topics and questions.
• Excel and data analytics.
• Connect tissue scanners to IT backends and maintain setups.
• Work with server and storage hardware on Philips platforms.
• Resolve incidents and develop workarounds for issues.
• Document procedures, standards, and configuration settings.
• Provide technical contact to customers during implementation and ensure successful delivery and installation.
• Be part of a project team to deliver a professional customer experience.

Your Role

• Work with incidents of the server software solutions to Philips and Customer managed environments.
• Consulting the customers on technical IT topics and questions.
• Excel and data analytics.
• Working together with scanner engineers to connect high resolution tissue scanners to the IT backends that you set up and maintain.
• Work with server and storage hardware with Philips managed standardized platforms.
• Resolving incidents and finding clever workarounds for possible technical issues.
• Developing and maintaining implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, and configuration settings.
• Providing technical contact to customers during the implementation phase and owning the customer experience to ensure successful delivery and installation.
• Working as an active part of a project team to provide the customer with a predictable and professional delivery experience.
• Fluent Spanish and good English skills both written and oral. Italian and/or French could be a plus.
