Beam Suntory Spain is seeking an International Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance Lead to oversee statutory reporting governance, external reporting support, audit coordination, and complex accounting across international operations. This role ensures effective financial governance and timely reporting while partnering with the BPO provider and regional finance teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years in financial reporting, R2R, or audit.
• Experience with international operations and shared services.
• Strong knowledge of G/L, statutory compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience coordinating statutory audits and auditor interactions.
• ERP SAP experience.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain local statutory books for Beam Suntory Spain.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements and documentation for Beam Suntory Spain.
• Lead retained organization oversight for international statutory reporting and governance.
• Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors across markets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with regional Finance, Tax, Treasury, and the BPO provider to ensure timely reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, close metrics, and SLAs; drive process improvements.
