Job summary

TD SYNNEX seeks an International SOX Compliance Analyst in Barcelona to support our EMEA SOX program. You will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance across Europe and beyond.

The role involves designing, documenting, and testing controls, and coordinating with vendors and TD stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of SOX experience, strong analytical and project management abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2–5 years of SOX compliance experience.
• Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assess business needs with vendors, TD stakeholders and cloud teammates.
• Create, maintain and optimize billing and cost tools (Excel).
• Define and manage Sales Order Management operations for Europe.
• Define and manage Purchase Order Management operations for Europe.
• Document processes with offshore teams.
• Define KPIs/SLAs and measure results.
• Ensure billing accuracy and execution.
• Manage communication with vendors and TD stakeholders.
• Monitor country consumption and suggest purchases.
• Interact with outsourced Order-to-Cash team.
