Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a Ground Transportation Coordinator in Madrid to oversee international road freight across Europe and beyond. You will coordinate collection, tracking, customs, and delivery, ensuring accurate documents and on-time performance while maintaining strong client relationships.

This role requires attention to detail, English proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of international road freight operations and customs documentation is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills and professional customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage the complete transport process including collection, tracking, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare and manage transport and customs documentation for import/export road freight.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams regarding status and updates.
• Handle customer billing and verify supplier invoices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
• Collaborate with other branches and partners across Europe and internationally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
