Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Ground Transportation Coordinator to manage international road freight shipments across Europe and beyond, from pickup to final delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and experience with customs documentation; you will coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries and accurate billing.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in international road freight operations and customs documentation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of billing processes and invoice validation.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international road freight shipments across Europe and non-EU countries, from pickup to final delivery.
• Manage the transport process including collection, coordination, tracking, customs coordination, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare, review, and manage transport and customs documentation for import/export road freight operations.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers, customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, brokers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and updates.
• Handle customer billing and validate supplier invoices accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and timely responses.
• Collaborate with branches and partners across Europe and internationally to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
