Job summary

Intertek Group is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler/Expeditor to join a major international modular fabrication project at the Port of Tarragona. You will analyze schedules, monitor fabrication progress, review vendor performance, and deliver schedule analysis to support management decisions.

The role requires close collaboration with yard management, fabrication contractors, equipment vendors, inspection teams, and client representatives in the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in project scheduling and schedule analysis.
• Experience expediting equipment or vendor deliverables.
• Experience with large-scale fabrication and modular projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 skills including critical path and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed fabrication schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review progress, production data, and delivery forecasts.
• Evaluate schedule logic, critical paths, and forecast dates.
• Identify delays, risks, and impacts on milestones.
• Compare reported progress with actual fabrication progress.
• Prepare weekly schedule analysis reports and updates.
• Lead weekly progress review meetings and present findings.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and trackers.
