Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused sales professional in Barcelona to guide clients in their boat-search journey and secure bookings. You will negotiate with boat owners on Click&Boat, nurture warm leads, and apply sales strategies to maximize conversions while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Some weekend work is required in the summer with advance planning. Ideal candidates have English fluency, a customer-facing track record, a collaborative attitude, initiative, and ideally

Formación

• Fluent in English
• Ideally previous successful experience in customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of another language highly valued

Responsabilidades

• Understand customers' needs and advise them on their boat search
• Find the best deals by negotiating prices with Click&Boat boat owners
• Work with warm leads already in the pipeline; no cold calling
• Maximize conversion rates by applying sales strategies
• Accompany customers throughout the sales process until conclusion
• Provide customers with all information relating to their booking
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work at least one Saturday per month during the summer season according to advance planning
