Compass Lexecon in Madrid and London is seeking an Analyst to contribute to independent economic analyses, valuations and regulatory opinions within the International Arbitration practice. You will develop robust analyses and valuation assessments, working closely with the case manager and senior team on a variety of cases from day one.

• Master’s in Finance or Economics with Economics undergrad from a leading university.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform research to understand clients’ industries.
• Collate and analyse qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop complex financial valuation models in Excel.
• Draft memoranda and report sections summarising analyses.
• Participate in client meetings and calls.
• Contribute to discussions on theoretical and empirical methods.
