Job summary

The Training and Academic Office (TAO) at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is seeking a proactive Training Officer for a six-month period to coordinate the internal training programme.

You will organise courses, workshops and e-learning, liaise with trainers and participants, manage registrations, assessments and reporting, and ensure high-quality training aligned with CRG priorities.

Strong organisational skills and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training activities, workshops or events.
• Experience in international academic or research settings.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Organise internal courses, workshops and e-learning activities.
• Coordinate trainers, providers and participants, including admin and payments.
• Maintain course information and LMS content.
• Create communication materials to promote training opportunities.
• Support TAO team in evaluating and reporting training impact.
