Pilkington Automotive España S.A - NSG Group in Sagunto (Spain) is seeking a QA Auditor for Auto OE to strengthen the QA team. The role reports to the QA Manager and is based in Sagunto, Spain.

The candidate will work alongside the internal auditor and QA colleagues to ensure compliance and continual improvement. The position requires 3–5 years in a similar automotive role, fluent Spanish and English, and strong communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar automotive role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think critically.

Responsabilidades

• Plan annual internal audits.
• Follow up on corrective actions from audits.
• Update the Quality Manual and Local Instructions.
• Adhere to BMS audit requirements.
• Train new recruits.
• Review and update process control documents and PLATO records.
• Verify PPAPs of components.
• Raise supplier-related claims (SQINs).
• Assess supplier charges.
• Perform any other tasks aligned with the job description.

Job Purpose

A vacancy has arisen within the Spanish QA Team in Auto OE, Sagunto. The successful candidate will report to the QA Manager and the location for the role is Sagunto, Spain.

This is an exciting opportunity to cooperate with the rest of QA team, as well as Internal Auditor.

In this position, the employee will be responsible for:

• Annual planning of internal audits
• Follow-up of actions internal and external audits Report
• Updating of the Quality Manual
• Updating of Local Instructions
• Adherence to BMS (BMS Audit)
• Training of new recruits.
• Review with production and update process control documents and update with PLATO software.
• Verification PPAPs of components
• Claims to suppliers (SQINs)
• Valuation of supplier charges
• Any other activity and task in line with the job description.

Requirements

• 3/5 years of professional experience on a similar role (automotive industry)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Critical thinking skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information, identify patterns, make sound decisions, and develop creative solutions.
• Be Fluent in Spanish and English (Verbal and written).
• Positive attitude, desire to learn, self-motivated and effective team player
• Ability to work independently and be flexible.
• Conflicts management (focuses on win to win solutions)
• Knowledge on ISO 14001, IATF
