QIMA is seeking an Auditor - QHSE / Social Compliance (Full-time) to join our Audit Services team in Barcelona. You will conduct factory audits focusing on labor rights, health and safety, environmental safeguards, and related standards, reporting findings to clients.

The role requires 3+ years of QHSE and social audit experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to evaluate supplier compliance during on-site visits.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus
• Good command of Spanish and English (spoken and written)

Responsabilidades

• Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning.
• Be alert to any violations, recording findings in detailed reports to deliver to the client.
• Approach your job with integrity, as audits impact suppliers, staff and clients.
• Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures.
• Contribute ideas for improving the quality of Operations projects.

You will be expected to:

• Audit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure
• Be alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client
• Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients

We may also request you to:

• Provide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements
• Contribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects

It could be you, if you have:

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major.
• 3+ years of experience conducting QHSE and social audits.
• SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months is a plus
• Good command of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
