Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Global Partnership Intern in Barcelona to help scale our top retail partnerships. You will implement scalable processes, track performance, and analyze strategic opportunities across regions, working with tech, operations, finance, and product teams.

You will develop Top Accounts initiatives and coordinate with regional teams, while learning and growing in a collaborative environment that values initiative and impact.

• Develop the Top Accounts business iteratively across multiple projects.

You Will

• Implement and standardize processes, playbooks, guidelines to help local teams in more than 20 countries to grow the business
• Handle tracking and reporting of performance metrics
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Work on cross-department projects, coordinate activities and tasks with tech, operations, finance and product teams
• Develop the Top Accounts business step by step, being part of multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker
• Coordinate with the different regions/countries in order to understand key insights about local markets
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

Qualifications

• Data-driven mentality: takes decisions based on data and makes business judgment when necessary
• Strong analytical skills are a must
• Out of the box thinker and high level of self-initiative (proactive in finding new solutions to complex issues)
• You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented. You are obsessed with making things happen!
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & multitask and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
