Geotab is seeking an Integrations Engineer who will be primarily responsible for strategic initiatives that drive portfolio expansion and retention directly or alongside a Geotab partner. Responsibilities

• As an Integrations Engineer your key area of responsibility will be to showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users, identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements, being involved in the development and customization of solutions using Geotab's open platform to meet unique requirements, supporting partners to overcome their solutioning challenges, fostering deeper customer relationships with an in-depth understanding of the needs of our strategic partners and customers, and guiding strategies with partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth in their current service offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at Geotab including Account / Engagement Managers within Sales Channels, the Signature Accounts Team, Product Management and Solutions Engineering to advance ongoing business objectives and ensure all strategic partners are upskilled with a deep understanding of industry verticals.
• Evaluate customer challenges and propose viable solutions, ensuring Geotab ecosystem is leveraged appropriately to meet customer needs.
• Support partner and end-user success by providing ongoing insights, upskilling, and contributing to customer-facing initiatives and materials.
• Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards for cross-functional use to facilitate informed decision-making and support expansion and retention efforts.
• Assist with technical presentations and demos to customers, explaining how Geotab products address their problems.
• Work with sales teams and engineers through the sales cycle, providing technical support and answering questions related to subject matter areas.
• Design customized solutions or configurations based on customer requirements, including proposals and demonstrations or prototypes.
• Build open source tools to help partners and customers tackle integration challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to position Geotab solutions effectively.

How you’ll make an impact

• Develop and maintain knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to empower end-users and partners.
• Engage and collaborate with partners to optimize their use of Geotab technology products and solutions.
• Participate in and contribute to integration projects with partners, third-party integrators, and customers for seamless implementation.
• Assess business challenges and propose viable approaches to improve Geotab viability for partners and customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing partner and end-user feedback to Product Management teams.
• Create and optimize data-driven dashboards for cross-functional use focused on expansion and retention.
• Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service and by sharing insights with internal teams.
• Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to deliver solutions that support sales growth, ecosystem expansion, and customer retention.
• Support partner upskilling to deliver excellence across unique channels with industry verticals knowledge.
• May involve developing and implementing proofs of concept to demonstrate feasibility in the customer environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to position Geotab solutions effectively.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, solution designs and outcomes to support case studies and best practices.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to show how Geotab solves customer problems.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams throughout the sales cycle and provide technical guidance as needed.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and work experience may be substituted.
• 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, integrations engineering, engineering support, software development, data science, or technical account management with a customer-facing focus.
• Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs; hardware integrations is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Desire to stay current with emerging technology and adapt to market changes.
• Experience with Python for data analysis or automation is desirable; experience with SQL, Java, or C# and API integrations is also valuable.
