An aerospace company in Elche is seeking an experienced Integration Technician Manager to oversee integration teams and ensure quality standards in the assembly and maintenance of launch systems. Candidates should have over 8 years' experience in the aerospace sector, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.

As the Integration Technician Manager, your main mission within the area will responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of three technical teams dedicated to the integration and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including launch systems, test benches, and propulsion integration. You will ensure that assembly, installation, and maintenance procedures adhere to the highest quality standards, aligning with engineering requirements and project timelines. This role demands strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and hands‑on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.
