Airbus Defence and Space SAU is seeking an Integrated Planner in Getafe (Madrid) to prepare and follow up high-level and detailed schedules within Engineering. You will support planning activities and act as a focal point for coordination with programmes, operations, and services.

Ideal candidates are graduates in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering with at least 1 year in engineering, strong English and Spanish, and a facility for adapting to new topics in a networked environment.

• Advanced level in English and Spanish.

Job Description

An opportunity for an Integrated Planner has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

You will be in charge of the preparation and follow up of high level and detailed schedule for the activities developed inside Engineering.

You will support all planning activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage TOP LEVEL and detailed scheduling for the engineering activities.
• Control of deviations in schedule and budgets (manHours). Support to the chief engineer office in the budgeting process and the control of the programmes.
• Follow up of the interdependencies and the overall planning. Anticipation of main risks and issues due to the evolution of the planning. Support to the chief engineer office in the coordination of the engineering activities.
• Be focal point within Engineering with other organizations involved in the programme (Programmes, Operations, Services, ....) scheduling tasks.
• For the planning tasks will be in supporting inf the following activities:
  • Execution of annual budget OP / EACs / Forecast.
  • Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas / roll over
  • Eng. Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization
  • Myworkload+ management
  • Plans and WL control

SKILLS

• Recent graduate of Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in Engineering, valuable 1 year Intern in the company.
• High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
• Advanced level in English and Spanish.
• German or French would be an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to propose new ideas.
