ALMARAZ BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects, ensuring technical, cost, and schedule objectives are met. You will manage the full lifecycle and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in medical device or pharma environments, strong PM skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of FDA ISO 13485 is desirable. Location: ESP Almaraz.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical or related field).
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through final delivery.
Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing to align with company objectives.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
Monitor the project budget and ensure expenditures stay within approved limits.
Prepare and present project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements across all aspects.
Perform analyses to resolve issues and optimize product or process performance.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test procedures.
