Nordex SE seeks an Installation Time Methodology Engineer to develop and maintain time estimation standards for installation processes. You will drive MTM-aligned methodologies, build a central times database, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, scalable planning from steps to road maps across wind projects.

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related STEM field; Master´s degree is a plus.
• Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering or related field with emphasis on optimization techniques.
• Experience in wind industry or similar manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, structure and update the Times Methodology aligned with MTM standards.
• Define, calculate and validate times at all process levels (Step Task RM Phase WTG WF).
• Build and maintain the times database with parameters, resources and prerequisites.
• Support Road Maps creation including workload balancing and sequencing logic.
• Collaborate with PM Technology, Tendering, IPT, Quality, HSE to ensure digital continuity.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and standardization.
• Provide guidance during pilot tests, rollouts and continuous improvement cycles.
• Ensure documentation harmonization with time estimation processes.

MISSION: develop, maintain, andimplement the standardized time estimation methodology for Nordex installation processes. Ensures accurate, traceable, and scalable time calculations across all operational levelsfrom steps and tasks to Road Maps, Phases, WTG and Wind Farm enabling digital continuity,planning accuracy, and process optimization across Global PM EPC and Operations.

TASKS:

• Develop, structure and update the Times Methodology, ensuring alignment with MTM basedstandards, Nordex information levels, and Nordex frameworks
• Define, calculate and validate times at all process levels (Step Task RM Phase WTG WF), ensuring consistency, traceability and data integrity
• Build and maintain the times database, including parameters, resources, prerequisites, weather thresholds and resource movements
• Support the creation and synchronization of Road Maps (RMs), ensuring workload balancing, shift alignment, sequencing logic, and compliance with installation strategies
• Collaborate with PM Technology, Tendering, IPT, Quality, HSE and other stakeholders to ensure full digital continuity across all NX systems
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization, efficiency gains, and methodology evolution
• Provide expert guidance during pilot tests, rollouts and continuous improvement cycles for new Nordex methodologies
• Ensure harmonization between documentation (Installation Manuals, tasks, steps) and time estimation processes within the "single source of truth" philosophy
• Support system integration topics defining requirements, interfaces, and data flow
• Contribute to the maturity process of installation methodologies, ensuring proper assumptions, parameter definitions and version development across all releases (V0 to Final)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field (Master´s degree is a plus)
• Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Understanding process optimization techniques, including methods and installation procedures
• Experience in the wind industry or a similar manufacturingenvironment is preferred
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint), MS Project; Methods Time Measurement (MTM); Process engineering; Processoptimization; Workload balancing; Production KPIs; Data analysis (Excel advanced, Power BI), Python for process automation, SQL (queries, data modelling), Database management (SQLServer, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Data structures for industrial processes, API integration, VBAscripting (Excel/Office automation), Basic ETL workflows, PLM/ERP data handling, Version control(Git), JSON/XML data structuring, Knowledge of simulation or modelling tools (processsimulation, discrete event modelling)
• roficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish isdesirable
• Availability to make short trips
