What’s your Mission?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for :

  • Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on‑demand service contracts and maintenance / repair services.
  • Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross‑functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits
Your Benefits Package
  • Start Date: December 2025
  • Hours: 39 hours / week
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
  • Salary: €27,500.00 gross per year
  • Holidays: 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
  • Work Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month at the office
  • Training: 1 month training from Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
