Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic commercial team, with a dedicated focus on German-speaking markets (DACH: Germany, Austria, Switzerland). This role is critical in driving our business growth in these regions by converting inbound leads, actively prospecting new opportunities, and managing order processing via our eCommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound organic leads into active customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Actively prospect and reach out to potential leads in the DACH region, initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies to penetrate the German-speaking market and expand the customer base.
  • Process purchase orders through our eCommerce platform and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams such as logistics, operations, and purchasing to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Report sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Experience and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the FMCG sector or food and beverages industry.
  • Proven experience in converting leads into customers and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to independently identify and engage potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both English and German is required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
