Overview

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch and French speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Malaga office.

Position : Inside Sales Representative

Location : Malaga, Spain - Hybrid

Employment type : full-time

Remuneration : Base salary.

Responsibilities
  • Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers into the program.
  • Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls / e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answers when time is needed to find the appropriate answer.
  • Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails.
  • Detect High Business Opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns.
  • Process callout campaigns based on a predefined list of resellers.
  • Process specific marketing on products and services.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in Dutch and French (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (at least B2).
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivated and self-starting individual.
  • Dynamic and energetic.
  • Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels.
  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player.
  • Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Target success driven.
  • Flexibility in prioritizing workload.
