Role location and focus

Located in sunny Barcelona, you will be part of the Global Sales Team. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature—with restaurants in the assigned area.

Responsibilities
  • After selecting in-scope restaurants, proactively contact owners or managers by phone and conduct meetings. Your daily activities will include cold-calls and follow-up calls to present TheFork products and services.
  • Propose and sell TheFork products and services including promotions, an advanced software tool, booking widgets installed on the restaurant website, and training & marketing solutions.
  • Engage with restaurant managers to help them understand the opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network.
  • Follow up with prospects you engaged with until you close the deal and the restaurant is published online on TheFork and affiliate websites.
Who you are
  • Native in Spanish, French or Italian with fluency in English; any additional language is valuable.
  • Experience of at least 1 year in a similar role (telesales: prospecting and qualifying by phone; responsible for the entire sales cycle).
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
  • A self-starter and passionate foodie who loves to reach and exceed targets.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills capable of convincing and engaging people.
  • High-performing professional with business development experience, preferably in B2B and in restaurants/hospitality; comfortable with short-term negotiations.
  • Dynamic, able to work independently in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a desire to grow with the company.
