Johnson & Johnson seeks a proactive, customer-focused intern to support business growth through customer engagement, opportunity generation and execution of commercial initiatives.

You will work closely with Marketing & Sales to identify opportunities, generate insights and help drive key business priorities. The position is a one-year internship in Madrid with a €1000 per month stipend.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer-facing, commercial, marketing or business support roles is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers through remote interactions and omnichannel campaigns.
• Generate, qualify and follow up commercial opportunities.
• Support execution of customer engagement and business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity tracking.
• Contribute to business reviews, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
