Johnson & Johnson in Madrid seeks a Sales Representative for Joint & Mitek products. You will drive sales across new and established accounts, design territory strategies and ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale support.

The role requires a health sciences degree, clinical knowledge in ortho/trauma, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel within the territory is required; a competitive incentive plan is included.

Formación

• University degree in Health sciences or related field.
• Experience in medical devices sales is preferred, especially in trauma/orthopedics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B2).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Results oriented with analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills; travel availability.
• Driver's license; willingness to travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement the regional sales strategy to reach and exceed targets.
• Develop and manage the customer portfolio, identify growth opportunities and nurture relationships.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with Key Accounts and policy alignment.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers to expand market presence.
• Provide in-field training to customers and support operating room teams on product use.
• Collaborate with logistics and finance to ensure product availability and accurate invoicing.
